You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Merchant or Partner. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate KYC information as per RBI guidelines.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting "Chargeback" fraud on successful recharges.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal betting settlements.
• Reverse engineering the PayWallet application or API.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
